Took their online support, geek squad at local store, phone support about 4 hours to tell me that I need to return the phone, nothing else can be done. The phone is good.

If you are looking for dependable network, this isn't the phone for you every update degrades network reliability. If you want a good camera it's good for that but you can buy a high end cannon for half the price.

**Fragile** Even With Otterbox

Despite being in otterbox defender, screen protector, never being dropped or stressed wasnt enough to keep it safe. $300 is cheapest repair to replace just the top glass. Inexplicably began spider web cracks from bottom right corner where this phone has a known screen defect. Ive been with Samsung for 22 consecutive years so i don't say this lightly, but be aware of the fragility of this phone. The rest of my experience with this phone is great, the specs, the look, etc. You just can't keep it safe enough.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unless youre getting a good deal on a trade in i wouldn’t recommend purchasing this full price especially if you have a previous Samsung. Not much of a difference accept for a few gimmicks to make you think you’re getting something special. Not to mention that the fingerprint scanner is crappy.
