Incredible phone! Emulation is incredibly smooth, Snapdragon 8 gen 2 processor runs things buttery smooth even in 2024. Would buy twice if i had a reason to use 2 at a time.

Very pleased with the S23 Ultra so far. I bought it for the camera features, which haven't disappointed. The only negative- and I knew this before buying it- is that it's quite a bit larger and heavier than my previous samsung. I bought it anyway, thinking it'd be worth it to not have to lug around my digital camera as often as I do, and I was right! The pics and video are so much better than from my camera that I haven't used my old camera since. Still learning about all of the features but so far it's easy to use for this technology-challenged person.

A little bigger than I wanted, but wanted the pen to click pictures from a stand along phone. So far I'm impressed with the pictures, nice quality for such a small pickup frame. The wide angle and telephoto works nice for just using a phone as a camera. Also, for a phone, nicely controls the lighting in low light conditions.

Epic phone and an amazing customer service experience! This phone is the only phone on the market worth having IMO with its amazing photo quality and multitude of options. Big thank you to BestBuy for saving the day and finding a store that carried this particular phone to replace the one i broke while skating ditches in Albuquerque!!

I expected more, with all of the recent phones I've bought searching for the perfect setup. This one lacks the storage expansion and headphone jack. Overlooking those drawbacks its a great phone but the battery is realllly bad. This is the first phone that regularly dies on me without warning. Once it gets to about 7% it drop to zero in 3 minutes and dies with out warning. Oneplus atleast gave me a count down before shutting down. Last note, the camera is nice but its over rated. It really is just a camera, nothing special.

I still love my this phone. I never encountered any issue since I bought this phone. So durable and useful.

Best $1,049 i ever spent. I have never spent that much money on a phone but this phone is the phone of all phones! It takes amazing pictures! I couldn't believe how awesome they come out! I love taking pictures so this is my happy place. I'm still learning the phone because there so much to it! I would give it 1000 stars if i could.

I bought this for my mom for mother’s day and she loved it so much. She has been wanting an upgrade for the longest while. The camera quality is superb! Its easy for her to navigate and use also. Very glad i made this choice.
