A Power-Packed Flagship with a Few Quirks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is the latest flagship smartphone from Samsung, offering an array of cutting-edge features, including a powerful processor, impressive camera system, and a stunning display. After using it extensively, here's my honest review of the device: Pros: Exceptional Performance: The Galaxy S23 Ultra is powered by a top-tier processor, delivering exceptional performance for all tasks. It effortlessly handles multitasking, gaming, and demanding applications with ease. Stunning AMOLED Display: The device boasts a gorgeous AMOLED display with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and a high resolution. The 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and animations, enhancing the overall user experience. Versatile Camera System: Samsung has equipped the S23 Ultra with an impressive camera setup. The primary, ultra-wide, and telephoto lenses produce sharp and detailed photos in various lighting conditions. The zoom capabilities are particularly noteworthy, offering up to 100x digital zoom. S Pen Support: The S Pen functionality adds a layer of versatility to the device, making it ideal for note-taking, drawing, and precise interactions. It's a valuable addition for users who prefer stylus input. Long-Lasting Battery: The S23 Ultra features a sizable battery that easily lasts a full day of heavy usage. Fast charging and wireless charging options ensure you can quickly top up your device when needed. 5G Connectivity: With 5G support, you'll experience faster download and streaming speeds, enhancing your connectivity experience. Ample Storage: The 256GB of onboard storage provides ample space for apps, photos, and videos. If needed, you can expand storage further with a microSD card. Cons: Large and Heavy: The S23 Ultra's size and weight may be a drawback for some users. Its large form factor can make one-handed use challenging, and it may not fit comfortably in all pockets. Expensive: Like other flagship smartphones, the S23 Ultra comes with a premium price tag. It may not be within reach for budget-conscious consumers. Bulky Camera Bump: The camera module on the back protrudes significantly, making the device wobble when placed on a flat surface. It's also prone to collecting fingerprints and smudges. Software Bloat: Samsung's One UI offers a wealth of features, but it can sometimes feel cluttered with bloatware and duplicate apps. Some users may prefer a cleaner Android experience. No Charger in the Box: Similar to many recent flagship releases, the S23 Ultra does not come with a charger in the box. You'll need to purchase one separately if you don't already have a compatible charger. In summary, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is undeniably a powerful flagship smartphone that excels in performance, display quality, and camera capabilities. However, its large size, premium price, and some quirks like the camera bump and software bloat may not appeal to everyone. If you're seeking a high-end Android device with top-tier specifications and don't mind the premium price point, the S23 Ultra is a worthy choice. Its impressive camera system and S Pen support make it a strong contender for power users and mobile photography enthusiasts.

Dont buy it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went from a google pixel to this phone and not only is the google pixel cheaper BUT ITS 100X better. I regret paying $1300.00 for this phone. The camera sucks and the voice to text is horrible, the fingerprint unlock doesnt work 75% of the time.

Battery life is terrible
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery is what sold the phone for me but when I use the phone starting at 7am it's already at 30% by 4pm. I've only had the phone for less than a month. The battery is terrible for being a top of line model. I read many reviews about the battery life was incredible but it was not the case for this phone. I also paid full price for this product and it went on sale less than a month after but past my return period, which is not a critique but a disappointment as a consumer.

Just Stopped Working
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was great until it just went black. I was on it. Put it down. Came back a few minutes later and it was dead. I thought maybe I missed and turned the brightness down but no. It just dead. Purchased in May. No drops or spills and it was in a protective base. Now I either have to mail it to Samsung or drive to the nearest Best Buy Samsung Authorized dealer that’s 200 miles away because the local store can do nothing.
