Excellent device and im typically an iphone user!!

Exceptional product. Exceptional service. I hate shopping, planned on only buying phone but ended up getting a whole lot more. Because of the trust instilled by my salesman. His peoduct knowkedge and ease of experience has made me a Best Buy lifer.

The best part about the purchase of my s23 ultra was the customer service given although I forget the young ladies name at the Orland park IL location that assisted me. She was absolutely great at assisting me with my purchase

An excellent reintroduction to android after being away for almost a decade. At first I was a bit in intimidated going back to Android since being on iOS, but samsung smart switch and the overall UI experience has been a great experience and has reinvigorated my love for smartphones

I went to store and the executive introduced me to Samsung ultra note 23 features and more. i was so happy and purchased immediately. I was looking for immediately phone and i was able to buy same time. Bust buy also recommended me with payment options.

I loved the service from the employees as much as the product. I had previously bought the same phone, so I went back again for another one, this time as a gift for my brother's birthday. He is as satisfied as I am.

Sound quality is excellent. Camera is very good, but I was hoping for better night resolution when photographing a bright object with a black background. Photo editing doesn't seem to allow a Save As; the original is replaced by the edited version. Phone is easy to use.

I would give this item 100 stars if i could. Not just because of the style and functionality of it. My mother loved the gift so much so id give it prollllyyy a thousand stars because of how happy it made her!~

Main reason for my purchase was the camera and it does not disappoint! This thing takes excellent pics and video
