Awesome Black Friday deal at Best Buy pick up was fast enough thanks to bb staff

I love the features of this phone the only draw back is that it is a bit big

I'm not quite sure I have the same phone as other reviewers. This is actually the worse Note I've owned. The sound is tiny and even though Samsung is aware there is no fix yet. This is so embarrassing. Then there's the issue with Internet access. Why did I pay for 5G but this phone isn't delivering? This is also a known problem. Although it isn't occurring with all phones, there is a large number of affected phones. I don't see anything special about the pics I have taken. My Note 9 is all around a better phone. It does charge faster than the Note 9 though. In all I don't think the phone is worth it and I don't like it. I'd rate it a zero if I could. There is no reason good enough to pay this much for a phone with several serious issues that affect major use of the product.

I like the new phone.,but sometimes the page which is displaying will freeze, i press and press again, no recrion. Then I have to close the page and reopen again.this happend too early to a new phone. I dont know what to do.

This review is neutral because after receiving the phone unlocked I am told by Spectrum Mobile that they won't activate it because it wasn't sold by them! Even though their website doesn't say that. Bring your own phone? no exceptions stated. As for the phone I don't like having to push two buttons at once to turn off. Dumb. Returning phone.

So far the phone is great. Really disappointed that it comes with an extremely short charging cable and zero base. Especially because both ends of the charging cable is C type. It will be a relief when there is a cable standard.

the product itself is good, but the shipping and service provided by bestbuy are very bad: first, a damaged box without any phone was shipped to me and then the service afterward to get a replacement cost me a lot of time and effort. There're many unprofessional service people.

It's a perfect phone but to get 5 stars need more,like SD card, i dont trust internet driver like if you buy a phone you have to buy the charger that is not good its like you can buy the car but comes without tires, i don't need earbuds or wifi charger i need to came perfectly like before....

Looks good for now, andriod can be more 'stock' feel.

loved phone store service much more to be desired.

The phone is great for people that take notes for school or office.
