I love this phone. The screen is big enough for me to see and very clear, clean graphics. The camera is very nice. I stopped using Samsung phone and went to a Motorola for some time and I am very happy that I went back to Samsung. So far overall I have not had any issues with this phone.

Large bright screen with great cameras and long lasting battery life

I bought the S23 ultra after much consideration and it is totally worth it. The screen just looks amazing and it has amazing cameras. Pictures just automatically come out better now. Battery life is great, lasts me close to two days. I upgraded after 3 years and its one hell of an upgrade. I would definitely recommend

There's literally nothing else to add. The screen is a 5. The battery life is a 5. It's feature packed with amazing hardware to boot. I honestly don't know how Samsung could top this phone.

It was a open box excellent and, it was. It's like a new one with an better price. Easy to find and to buy it with Best Buy. The camera is awsome, with great photos and videos, and the screen is something amazing, high resolution and big. It feels really premium with all the materials it's made. And the speed is all I wanted

Love the camera, love the stylus, excellent battery life. Sometimes i have to touch the screen several times to get a response. Not worth near $1200

Long time iPhone user myself. I started the switch with the S22. Now 1 have the S23 ultra, and this is really the best phone out there with its chip designed for galaxy, which resulted in an even better performance and outstanding battery life This one is a keeper. The only phone that makes me feel I could keep for 2 or 3 yrs, not tempted to upgrade.

Such a beautiful phone. I upgraded from the s21 Ultra, and while I felt it wasn't worth the upgrade for a while, now I do. The phone is so smooth, the camera is top-of-the-line, and I love the new customization options for notifications. I also love the addition of the S pen, as I was someone that really loved the note when I had it. This feels like a note.

When I bought this phone and checked the discounts and after-sales service of Best Buy, I felt that I have not bought a phone, but I have gained new technological experiences. The performance of the S23 Ultra is 10 out of 10. I was always Samsung until the 13Pro Max came out and I decided to give it a try. It was a good phone but hands down Samsung is by far the superior phone. The camera is the best Ive seen and there are so many things you can do with this phone that you just cant with Apple.

Pros: Faster, in my opinion then IPhone 14. Photos are excellent. WiFi and 5G speeds are extremely fast. S Pen works flawlessly. Cons: Face recognition is poor. Works about 10% of the time. This was an issue with prior Galaxy phone that hasn't been fixed. Fingerprint recognition is highly reliable. Overall excellent phone.

After upgrading to this phone it has been a day by day device i use constantly the battery life is amazing I can use it all day and not even have to charge it once. The quality of the screen being able to do 4K with 120 Refresh rate is such a nice feature.

Samsung continues to impress. Camera is superb, phone response is super smooth. Very happy with the purchase. Wish it had an option to add storage like in older Samsung phones.

I wasn't sure whether I wanted to upgrade from my Note 9, but im glad I did. the camera is amazing I also got it as an open box great price and the galaxy buds to go with it since no earphone hole the sad part is the no SD card slot but its manageable. Overall great product. performs as it should.

Bought this for my wife a few months ago. The camera quality is really good even in low light situations. The screen resolution is really good for watching videos or long time streaming ( Netflix etc.) Battery easily goes for more than 24 hours with moderate to heavy usage ( roughly 3 - 5 hours of screen time).
