Not a bad phone its nothing special really but ive had it for a year or so id get it again ill say that

Even coming the latest s22 ultra, the improvements are very noticeable in primarily the camera. But the ram downgrade is unfortunate.

Got this as a gift for a friend, and he can’t stop talking about the phone. Great work Samsung

Not much different from previous model except for the price

The only thing I don't like about this device is that it doesn't resist much scratching.

Really bad screen. I bought screen protector and it still got a crack in screen. I bought both same time and was told take care of screen cracks. Well 2 months later screen cracked. Minor drop. I would like phone screen fixed for free or new phone.

Mine kept on restarting and kicking me out of every app except Chrome. If you get a good one, they are excellent phones. Mine was just not a good one sadly

Samsung is getting worse and worse! It used to be decent electronics manufacturer, but lately their phones are starting to have some serious issues! Don't want iPhone, but maybe that's what I'm gonna have to do! The other day my friend texted me, but the phone decided to receive it under different phone number (5 digit number)! So, now my whole history of texting him has been hijacked by this weird number and there's No way to reassign these txt messages back under his original phone number! I've called Verizon and they said, that they are aware of this issue, because other Samsung users had been dealing with this issue as well! Today, I've texted my other friend, using old stored number, but when I looked at my sent messages, it now shows that I've sent those messages to a completely different number! What is going on, Samsung ? !

Loved this phone until it got a little wet, then i couldnt charge phone. Rice treatment and hair dryer did not work, i had to replace the phone. Get insurance when buying this phone, it is not water proof or water resistant.

Had phone less than a year 101/2 months battery on phone would no longer full charge and drain quickly. It would only charge between 58 to 72%. I lucky enough had warranty coverage and no old phone ultra 23 left in stock. So I received brand new ultra 24 instead. Which was great. Only drawback I had to buy new cell phone case old one did not fit. So had to buy new one spend over 50.00 when my old case was still good. Plus tax and 100 dollars for new phone plus tax. Then less than month in bad new screen protector annoying forming dots throughout screen so have swap that out for new one. Top that all off with a week later my one year coverage on my phone And tablet expired so had to renew for 179.99 plus tax came out to 195.15 add 100.00 for new phone 50.00 plus tax on new phone case so cost me 345.00 in less than a year on defect battery on phone new case and new coverage. Only thing free was piece of garbage screen protector on new phone that in less than q month needed replacement again. Waited 10 years to buy new phone and all this happen. Nothing made good like old days anymore. Real rip off over 1000 phones made witj defects. Hope have luck from here with new ultra 24 amd third screen protector replacement in less than a year.

It’s good and could have been much better and it’s ok

The Samsung has a good screen, cool accessories and really good battery life. My problem with the phone is the lack of features for the asking price. It lacks behind the pixel phone in every quality of life feature. The feature it does copy from Google feel at least two generations behind Google. My other complaint is one ui feels like it could be better.

This is review about phone not about Best Buy. I have 5 stars rating for Best Buy but Samsung S23 Ultra is a disappointment. I gifted this phone to my wife and phone has issues with battery drainage and camera quality is only average except the telephoto for Moon.

What can I say. The phone has amazing camera. But that’s it. I gave it to solid weeks in a glitch. After glitch. After glitch and freezing and freezing. Samsung rep coildnt explain it. Reminded me why I switch to iPhone in the first place.

I purchased Excellent open box on line and a representative told me it comes in original box with oeiginal accessories but it came in bubble rap with insignia brand charging cable. Which is considered a cheeting with a bayer who is also a plus mamber. Also it supposed to deliver at home and with my signature as a reciver according to delivery instructions but droped at comunity locker which one? Photo proof? Found it at comunity center after a week or so. Very poor experience. As soon as i recived it i returned it to nearest BestBuy store and filed my complaint about this issue the associate at BB was also surprise to hear that.

Display screen needed some cleaning. Cameras too. Battery capacity wasn't within normal use. It seems to be heavily used and decreased. Overall, bestbuy should categories their openbox items

I bought this phone with insurance but i knew i had insurance until today but i heard from geek squad it was canceled. Why not nnot informed me. This is not my mistake. It's your mistake to canceled my insurance without my knowledge. Why you do this tho your customers!!!!!
