When i got to the store to pick up my order, the manager said my phone was not in the condition I stated it was in and because of that she was no longer able to go through with the purchase. I had to cancel my order and REBUY in store. But, the trade in deal was no longer happening as well as the new galaxy ultra price was no longer the sale/deal I had gotten online. I missed out on the phone I wanted with more storage, plus I missed out on a $200 trade in deal for my phone. I eneded up paying $300 more than I originally planned, without getting the phone I had originally ordered.

s23 ultra - bad device
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t understand why Gnusmas doesn’t recall this phone model from sale, it’s buggy and without exception the screen turns off for everyone, :( it’s definitely a bad device.
