Good phone just sucks they removed the optional micro SD card expansion

Got a green cell phone, seems to be working well for now..it does have new features i will be learning..very easy to use and enjoy.

Great phone, just what I wanted! The service that Best Buy provided when I went to the store to pick up was quick, easy, and excellent.

Do Not Buy this recycled phone , the camera lenses are just a show . The pictures are wonky and look pixelated , there's no sd card slot so you have to save your data on the drives ( and if you're one of those pity people that had their data wiped clean , there's no way to get them back , the sound is like having an old sony headset , and it's easy to breach SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy a more worthy phone.

I'm a huge Samsung fanboy so I may be a little biased. However, if you're well into the Samsung ecosystem and you're looking for a powerhouse of a phone then this is it. Especially with S-Pen functionality. You just cant go wrong!

best phone Ive ever had. Customer service also was amazing during my purchase. I forgot who the associate was but he walked me through not only the phone specs but the benefits of purchasing it with a best buy credit card.

So far, I really like the phone seems to function. Well, it always argues with me though about my fingerprint. And my facial recognition in tells me those aren't my fingers, but I'm pretty sure they are LO. L

S21 ultra design was better...but the camera quality of samsung is galaxy is always top notch. Nice to have the stylus.

I brought this S23+ ultra, after my Note 20 screen cracked, usedbit nearly 3 years. S23, is amazing, fast, easy to use, best thing is SWITCH, in 20 minutes all contacts, emails accounts and apps and password tranfered to s23. So cool

Love it bought cause i needed a new phone and just wow, yeah this phone will last a long while!
