Translation feature requires work

This was one of the reasons i was sold on the new s24 but had I known how terrible it translated (spanish to english) i might have gone with another option. I am an android fan so i will always stick with samsung. For whatever reason my screen sometimes freezes and i cant scroll so i have to close the app and start over. Photos are great, as always.

We would love nothing more than to help you troubleshoot any experience you are having that is out of the ordinary you may be having with your device. With regards to the translate feature, there are a few different spanish language packages to choose from depending on region and you may have to adjust the settings to help with the translation feature. With regards to the display of your device, in your settings app under display you can adjust the motion smoothness to help with the scrolling to help prevent the experience you are having as well. We do have the full manual for your device on our website to help with all of the settings of your device and the Samsung Support Team if there are any aspects of your device you have questions or need further assistance with.
