I travel often and the live translation has been a life saver. The speed is very snappy. Also the camera photos are amazing. Samsung really stepped it up for this model. S24 series is definitely worth the upgrade or if you switching from Apple. You won't be disappointed.

The transition has been quite smooth for her. She likes the phone and has had no problems adjusting to it. She likes the larger screen and how much faster it works. She also likes that the battery lasts a lot longer. So, it's a win for her and us.

Bought this phone for my elderly mom, when I made the purchase there was a deal where if you traded in a old phone that met a criteria this phone was free in the form of a credit after 3 years. Selected that option made the purchase and then they charged me for the full price of the phone, when i called tbey said well that deals not active anymore so your out of luck you have to pay the full price of the phone, everyone I talked to refused to help and was like oh well theres nothing we can do you have to pay full price, I said well I dont want it I will send the phone back (hasnt even been used yet) and they refused to take it back said nope you just have to pay. After making a complaint with the bbb was when att stepped up and agreed to honor the deal even though best buy was at fault and refused to help.

All of my files transferred over to this phone easily and it was easy to setup all of my preferences on it.

I have lots of problems with the phone freezing and have to restart at least 20 times a day. I bought my husbamd the same phone and it works well, especially, with his hearing aids
