I had never bought a phone unlocked before but I am very pleased w/the purchase. Best Buy made the purchase easy and the phone is outstanding.

Samsung is just reliable. My wife is an android user who initially was loyal to LG until they quit making phones. She tried Google Pixel and OnePlus but didn’t really like them. It wasn’t until she tried the S-line from Samsung that she found what she was looking for. She’s happy with the consistency that Samsung phones present. They make solid devices. Battery life could be better but when you have a charger at your disposal everywhere you go, that can be overlooked.

Perfect for my needs. Cameras specs and functions, memory, speed. It ticks all my requirements. Pretty good size and battery life. Syncs seamlessly with all my Samsung ecosystem

Bought this on the 1st day that S24 series was available. Even the Samsung reps were in the store! But NOBODY was informed enough to refrain from selling this to us. The manager didn’t even think to check. So the BB dude correctly transferred everything from Galaxy S9+, but guess what? Since Spectrum was also doing product launch promos, they would NOT allow this phone to be put on their network unless you bought it from Spectrum! After 10 days, we had to kick and scream to get it added. Spectrum store people can’t do that. You have to call support from home and threaten cancelling TV/Phone/Internet before they acknowledged that they are the only ones allowed to waive the restriction… not store employees.

I replaced my Galaxy S23+. It's a great phone with reliability, clarity and screen responsiveness. I appreciate it being unlocked so that it can be used on another network when I share it and get a new phone.
