My last phone was an S20. Speed is much faster and it was easy to navigate. The camerma has better quality and clear pictures.

When I bought it it cane in good condition and the camera quality is amazing I recommend this phone for people who want a good but cheap phone.

Great phone, very happy with it. Despite using Apple products otherwise, always have been a droid user & have never been disappointed. Clearly my last Galaxy lasted way longer than it ever should have & longer then I imagined it would. Love it

We understand that upgrading to a new device after a period of time can take some adjustment as you learn new features and become accustomed to technological advances. If you are looking to expand the storage capacity of your devixe, we now have the digital cloud based storage expansion option as a replacement for the SD card capabilities. We have some great articles available online to help you with the fingerprint reader titled "Use the fingerprint sensor on your Galaxy phone or tablet" and "Samsung phone is not recognizing fingerprints". For the home button if you are using a screen protector we recommend enabling the touch sensitivity setting in the settings app. We also recommend using the article titled "Galaxy phone or tablet's screen is frozen or responds too slowly". For the speed of your network, we recommend reaching out directly to your carrier for assistance with that experience. He was amazed with the graphics and features especially compared to his previous phone. He’s a huge Samsung fan, uses it for work mostly. Overall, great purchase. And it takes awesome pictures and videos, it’s just amazing watching it afterwards they’re like a movie quality
