Love the phone, it is super fast. Is a smart phone that feels like a smart phone. You can multy task for real here. And it makes searching so much better (in the internet, and also within) camera could be way better at this price range though. My ultra 22 still has a way better camera and pixelarion than this one. Feels unfair. But I really like the size.

It's decent enough. It is quick, but it has two major flaws, it doesn't offer a micro SD slot,and no headphone jack. Other than eliminating these options, which apparently all phones are moving towards, it is a reliable phone so far. If Samsung values real feedback, I'd rather see these features return for the next model. Since I am not fond of Apple, I have always turned to Samsung, but changes like these make me reconsider sometimes. It is easy to manage files, which has always been part of why I prefer them. Not a bad phone, much better than the more economically friendly phones.

It is a good phone fun to play games on. But there are some games that have a hard time being played. The screen is pretty good then surprisingly can take a beating because I have butterfingers lol. It is reliable even in a brick building i can still get reception

High Quality Phone with a great camera and battery life.

We upgraded from an older Motorola 5g plus (app. 7 years old), so needless to say, this was a massive upgrade for us. The photos and videos are amazing to us. Just got back from a vacation. We took this phone and an older Canon dslr camera. We ended up using the phone most of the time for pictures. It was just so handy, the pictures/video was great and the apps worked fast. We're fans of it!

Works great. Good size, Has plenty of user friendly tools. Camera takes better pictures than IPhone.

Pleased with the S24, like the smaller size and given the 7 year SW updates went with 256GB. Don't like all the preloaded SW, but simple to uninstall or disable. So far no disappointment in my choice.

Clearly a new phone is always a fun purchase but upgrading from an S-10 to this is like getting in a brand new car when you've been driving an '84 Civic, ha. Great phone, very happy with it. Despite using Apple products otherwise, always have been a droid user & have never been disappointed. Clearly my last Galaxy lasted way longer than it ever should have & longer then I imagined it would. Love it

My dad broke his old Samsung and he needed an upgrade and I gifted this one to him. He was amazed with the graphics and features especially compared to his previous phone. He’s a huge Samsung fan, uses it for work mostly. Overall, great purchase. And it takes awesome pictures and videos, it’s just amazing watching it afterwards they’re like a movie quality

Upgraded after my s9 finally broke and thought i would have been blown away by a phone 10 years newer but severely disappointed -no sd card slot -fingerprint to unlock is far worse -home button is glitchy -network isnt even noticeably faster than 4g

I purchased this 1/25/25 Open-Box Geek Squad Certifed Excellent Condition and it worked great for a month. I woke up to the Black Screen of Death on 2/21 or 2/28. I brought it back into the Geek Squad but I hadn't purchased extra coverage (I never do), so they gave me my Proof of Purchase and Samsung's phone number. Samsung backdated my warranty to the date of delivery (1/29/25) and warranty-replaced the LCD screen, so I'm glad I didn't purchase extra BestBuy protection! It could have been a manufacturing issue, or it could have been an Open-Box issue. Either way, I won't be purchasing anything Open-Box anymore because the store warranty price is ridiculous. If you purchase anything from Samsung, they have better warranty coverage.
