I bought the Samsung S24+ back in 2024, and it’s still going strong. The purchase process was super smooth, delivery was fast, and I’ve been happy with it ever since. It’s sleek, powerful, and does everything I need without any hassle. Definitely one of the best phones I’ve owned. No regrets at all!

Samsung is just reliable. My wife is an android user who initially was loyal to LG until they quit making phones. She tried Google Pixel and OnePlus but didn’t really like them. It wasn’t until she tried the S-line from Samsung that she found what she was looking for. She’s happy with the consistency that Samsung phones present. They make solid devices. Battery life could be better but when you have a charger at your disposal everywhere you go, that can be overlooked.

Bought this on the 1st day that S24 series was available. Even the Samsung reps were in the store! But NOBODY was informed enough to refrain from selling this to us. The manager didn’t even think to check. So the BB dude correctly transferred everything from Galaxy S9+, but guess what? Since Spectrum was also doing product launch promos, they would NOT allow this phone to be put on their network unless you bought it from Spectrum! After 10 days, we had to kick and scream to get it added. Spectrum store people can’t do that. You have to call support from home and threaten cancelling TV/Phone/Internet before they acknowledged that they are the only ones allowed to waive the restriction… not store employees.

I would have given it 4½ rating if it was possible. This is because of the gap between the camera of the 24+ and 24 ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is a high-end smartphone that offers a great combination of features and performance. It has a large, vibrant display that's perfect for watching videos and browsing the web. Big and fast phone. The phone works great. The screen is bright enough to use. Camera talked excellent pictures. Still do not know what i think about the bigger screen.

The phone is great. I've been using Samsung phones for a while. I was upgrading from a S22 plus. The only reason I gave this review a 3 star instead of a 5 star is I was not allowed transfer my data before trading my old phone back in to best buy. I should have ordered it for delivery instead. Then I could of tranferred my data and traded in phone. My problem is, if I can order it for delivery then turn old phone in, I also should be able to pick phone up, then bring old phone back to store. If I don't, then I don't get the trade in value. What is so complicated about that. Besides that, great phone.
