Love this phone .Takes great pictures. Works great

My first smartphone was Samsung Galaxy S8+ and now I have Samsung Galaxy S24+. Big difference between the two. More storage and more memory to start. S24+ is easier to hold onto without a case. The battery lasts way longer on the S24+. The cameras on the S24+ are wonderful and I can take better pictures at night or low light. I'm so impressed with this phone, I'm not sure how they can improve this one!!!

Great price and trade in value. Great support for the set up and data transfer too! Loving yhis phone and all the new features! Best Buy 'Rocks' for phone purchases!

I love Samsung phones, but this one is THE BEST! It's so easy to use, I've not had any glitches so far.

Battery life is great - easily lasts above 50% after a couple of days. The night / low light camera is amazing and unbelievable. You have to try it to believe it. I wish the size was a little smaller, since I carry it in my front pocket, but on the other hand, the larger screen is nice and my fat thumbs like the larger keyboard too.

Bought this phone on Verizon through Best Buy. Phone is great. Best Buy was absolute trash to purchase from though and I regret doing it. They messed up the order so my trade in with Verizon never registered even though I got an emailed receipt showing an $800 trade in value with instructions that Verizon would reach out to complete the trade in (they didn't, because the order never got created in their system). When I called Best Buy, I was rather rudely told that no trade in existed for my order and to take it up with Verizon. Verizon stated the trade in order did exist, but was placed wrong so my trade in value was only $40. After several hours of calls back and forth, a very nice Verizon agent was finally able to fix everything. But yeah, major regrets ordering from Best Buy. Don't waste your time, y'all. Phone is still 5 stars though.

I've always enjoyed the Galaxy line of phones. This is the first time I've gotten one above the base model and I am enjoying it. Love the camera, battery life, etc!

Gotta give it samsung. Everything i get from them seems great. This phone is no exclusion. Ive tried pixels to get away from samsung and i keep coming back.

This phone is a great upgrade, especially since I was able to trade in my old phone and get this one at no charge. Software is very similar to any other android device. Samsung is releasing a software update to address the vivid screen lacking and hopefully addressing some of the occasional seconds of lack. Camera is super crisp, photos come out great. Sound quality is really good. Not too much noticeable of a size different from the standard but appreciate the extra battery capacity. Phone charges in about 70mins with the 45watt charger.

Refreshing upgrade from a Samsung A50 - amazed by the cameras and great screen clarity, Love the feel, even in a protective case, and with the upsized memory, should be good to go for quite some time with no worries as to file size. Using a slow pad charge at nights should help extend battery performance over the life of the phone, vs. hot charging. Cody at our Williamsburg VA Store was a tremendous help, but still dealing with Verizon to secure the best possible phone replacement credit through the confusing upgrade process.

Changing from Flip 3 to S24 Plus was the best choice to make. Battery lasts me over a day. Oled screen is so nice too.

Upgraded from the S22. The battery life. Speed, and video quality is outstanding.

I decided to take advantage of the Verizon promo since i felt it was time to upgrade from my S20+. With the new updrades they made, that made it a no brainer. This combines the best of the Ultra with the feel of the perfect size.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy. I preordered it and it was delivered on time as promised. They transferred all of my data for a smooth effortless transition.

Fantastic phone, the screen quality is top notch and the phone itself is blazing fast. The initial setup can be a little twitchy but it's worth it.

So far I like it. buttons are in different locations and get tin the way, when I only want to close the screen.

My wife really enjoys the phone and is enjoying the speed and picture quality.
