    Isna good phone the only thing i didnt like about this phone is that the battery doesn't last long and for some reason theres times my calls go directly to voice mail

    Am just a little bit angry because i want to get a s24 plus wich i request at front desk and they gave me one phone so i toke it to my home and i realize as soon i opened was the wrong one, so i toke it back and they charge me $40 for restock. I recognize was part of my mistake for dont check it before open it but they could try to dont charge me because was part of his fault too.

    I purchased one and is defective, Second one defective again, The second one is more serious than the first one Because the second one have a curve, They might tell you this is a cosmetic problem and it's not a manufactured defect, But guess what they're going to use this against you if you don't return it have a year from now if you have a problem with your phone they're going to say this is a cosmetic problem and they will not fix it beware of those sneaky people.

    We bought 2 New Samsung S24 phones and they are terrible. They keep stalling and stopping in the middle of pulling up emails and won't let you access anything. It constantly needs to be reset, sometimes 2 to 3 tomes before you can do anything again.

    I purchased this phone 1 year ago it as been giving charging issues then couple days ago it blanked out and the screen went out and I was advised to go to Samsung in which is ridiculous. I purchased the phone from you guys.

    This is the best flagship base model out. Easily. Battery life is perfect, im a small phone user so the size is perfect. Ive had pixel iphone and even oneplus before going back to galaxy for the s24. The shape fits perfectly in my hand the display pops and the camera is amazing. All of this in a base model phone, I plan on holding on to it for at least 4 years before upgrading again because of how dramatic an upgrade was before coming back to Galaxy phones.

    I bought this phone directly from Samsung and wish id kept my old A71 5G. I have had to restart this phone more times than I can remember. I would not by this phone if I knew how glitchy it was going to be.

    S24 makes me really uncomfortable

    I got my S24 a week ago. The display makes me nauseous immediately. And the loudspeaker's bass makes my heart palpitate. Looks like this phone is made for intense sensory stimulation. How do I rate an expensive phone that I cannot even use? No star if I could. FYI, I have been using S8 for 7 years without above problems. I would want to use it forever but Apps nowadays are not properly supporting its Android 9 (e.g. YouTube comment would freeze keypad). And the S8 Snapdragon US version does not have custom ROM to upgrade Android OS.

You can absolutely adjust the speaker if the bass is continuing to cause you discomfort. In your settings app, under Sounds and vibration, under sound quality and effects you can choose a different sound profile from the equalizer that will adjust the bass. For your display settings causing you discomfort as well in your settings you can choose from a range of options from dark mode, you can turn off the adaptive brightness, and decide whether you prefer the eye comfort shield or not.
