Incredibly easy to use. I was planning to buy another model for my mom. But stopped on this one since it is not big and has all capabilities.

The phone works great just what was advertised and no malfunction

I purchased this 1/25/25 Open-Box Geek Squad Certifed Excellent Condition and it worked great for a month. I woke up to the Black Screen of Death on 2/21 or 2/28. I brought it back into the Geek Squad but I hadn't purchased extra coverage (I never do), so they gave me my Proof of Purchase and Samsung's phone number. Samsung backdated my warranty to the date of delivery (1/29/25) and warranty-replaced the LCD screen, so I'm glad I didn't purchase extra BestBuy protection! It could have been a manufacturing issue, or it could have been an Open-Box issue. Either way, I won't be purchasing anything Open-Box anymore because the store warranty price is ridiculous. If you purchase anything from Samsung, they have better warranty coverage.

I bought this for my mother in law. She wanted a phone with better photo quality. She loves this phone.

Since upgrading from my Samsung S10 this phone is great. Battery life last whole day with moderate usage. Top quality Samsung phone.

We're still getting to know each other, but I'm enjoying the phone. Granted, my previous one was from the Stone Age, but overall I'm liking this. The only negative (for me) is that it's a bit big for my hand. Plus I am still struggling with using it for selfies and getting the hang of the camera, such as not ending up with the background out of focus. But compared to what's out there, I feel I did well without spending a ridiculous sum of money for an iPhone.

I love this phone and you can get at least 7 years worth of updates.

Disclaimer: I bought an Open Box Excellent phone. The phone itself is great and I really like the software. However, the camera quality was just not up to par. My previous phone was a Pixel 7, and while the colors are better on Samsung's photos, the sharpness on them is awful. Indoors photos were grainy, and so were dark parts of a well-lit photo. When focusing on a subject that wasn't 5 feet away or less, the photos would come out relatively blurry. I tried all options (even ones hidden in Good Lock) but nothing fixed the camera quality. For a ~$800 phone, this just isn't acceptable to me, as someone who cares about capturing memories for myself and my friends/family.

My new phone is wonderful. It's easy to use. Of course, all the samsung good qualities, the packed in this phone. You got a great deal at my best.Buy.
