Very easy to use and simple features. But then phone got blacklisted out of nowhere for being listed as a "stolen" phone from phone service. Went in circles just trying to get it fixed and its still not fixed. Was not able to return/exchange either.

Did not meet my standard

Didn’t have all the stuff that the Google pixel nine has completely different maker but same android system with Gemini just was disappointing in general. It wasn’t one of my favorites. Definitely would not recommend that because you know that the kind of discontinued in a few months and then not gonna be around much longer. The only good point was of it was I got a good deal but other than that, it doesn’t reflect on Best Buy. It’s just a horrible device Best Buy offer the best devices you can find, but that’s my opinion

I recognize was part of my mistake for dont check it before open it but they could try to dont charge me because was part of his fault too.
