    Cheap pictures quality is bad, not to many features compared to the Moto G-Stylus5G

    The best midrange phone at a budget price!

    This is a great phone with a highend cpu in it. I love the screen, camera, speakers and size of the phone. The best part is the price of $349. You can't beat it at this price. The bezels are a lot smaller than mynold s23 fe. That i do appreciate, Samsung.

    I will be the first to admit I am very much a flagship person. This year Ive decided to scale back and work on putting my money elsewhere- this device doesn’t disappoint. It does what I need it to do and more, and it proves I dont need to spend 1200 on a phone to do what I need it to do.

    Best Buy bait and switch on price

    Ordered Thursday Nov 28 for pickup Tuesday Dec 3rd for $350 on sale if Best Buy activated it on Verizon. Received an email morning of Dec 3rd saying the phone couldn't be activated and the order was canceled. Why would they activate the phone when I wasn't even in the store? Spent an hour on the phone, transferred to 4 different people. Went into the store the next day and of course the $350 sale was over and they wouldn't honor the price. Called Verizon and they said there is nothing on your account that would prevent activation. Checked the webpage and price was now $450 if you activate. I attempted the checkout steps again and now there was fine print saying for new line or new account only. When I clicked upgrade phone (keeping same plan), the price changed to $650 so there is no way that fine print was there the first time since I was able to check out at the $350 price and went through the Verizon steps asking for my info.

    I have always loved Galaxy phones This is my first purchasing through Best Buy vs my carrier and I'm sure this is the only way I will purchase all future phones! Easy Breezy and less expensive

    The last Galaxy I owned was the 9. This shows how long I keep my cellphones and how long they last. Samsung Galaxy series is definitely worth the money. If you don't like changing phones often buy one.

    Samsung messed up Android

    This is an OK device that is hobbled by what Samsung has done to the operating system. The phone came with Android 14 UI 6.1. It limits how you customize your home screen. If you use Gmail you are accustomed to the big M icon which you can place where it works for you. Samsung has locked the icon inside a Google folder. You cannot put it on the homescreen. Diddo for maps and Photos. Things you used to do with one tap now take two or three. There's more, but you get the picture. Looks like something Apple might do. You can create widgets, but they are not the same and use some of the phone's resources. I'll be reluctant to buy any Samsumg products in the future. I'm returning the phone.

    wished I didn't buy it

    I bought this phone directly from Samsung and wish id kept my old A71 5G. I have had to restart this phone more times than I can remember. I would not by this phone if I knew how glitchy it was going to be.

    Buyer beware - this phone was not unlocked

    My carrier insisted the phone was not unlocked. Had to trade it in and pay a premium for a phone at the carrier's store.

    I bought a phone here two weeks ago.tjey said if I opened a Best Buy charge card i would get a $90.00 credit on my card Not so I got a store credit so after spending $980 for a phone they want me to spend at least 90.00 more at Best Buy. You have fooled a 75 year old Veteran. What a great American Company no shame. You win.

    S24 makes me really uncomfortable

    I got my S24 a week ago. The display makes me nauseous immediately. And the loudspeaker's bass makes my heart palpitate. Looks like this phone is made for intense sensory stimulation. How do I rate an expensive phone that I cannot even use? No star if I could. FYI, I have been using S8 for 7 years without above problems. I would want to use it forever but Apps nowadays are not properly supporting its Android 9 (e.g. YouTube comment would freeze keypad). And the S8 Snapdragon US version does not have custom ROM to upgrade Android OS.

You can absolutely adjust the speaker if the bass is continuing to cause you discomfort. In your settings app, under Sounds and vibration, under sound quality and effects you can choose a different sound profile from the equalizer that will adjust the bass. For your display settings causing you discomfort as well in your settings you can choose from a range of options from dark mode, you can turn off the adaptive brightness, and decide whether you prefer the eye comfort shield or not.
