    I bought the full warranty with you and due to your error cant charge de pay to the credit card bestbuy, you cancelled my warranty, no body notify me, till i need it, in the store, now i have a piece of a trash of 1500 dlls. Tanx best buy employees

    Horrible service! Been 20 days since BestBuy received my return and still didn’t refund the payment, the customer support just keep promising. Very generic customer support over the chat and phone located overseas. Shame on you, BestBuy!!!
