    Extremely disappointed! Samsung failed! Again!

    Overall, despite my efforts to love it, the S24 Ultra obviously is an inferior rival to the iPhone. It made me appreciate how much better the iPhone truly is. The display, which was supposed to be a standout feature, turned out to be very disappointing. I bought the S24 Ultra to replace my main phone, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and placing them side by side just highlighted the S24 Ultra's dull and washed-out display. Ironically, the iPhone's display, made by Samsung, offers a way better experience with more depth and sharpness, looking crystal clear from every angle. The S24 Ultra's display sadly has a green tint when viewed from different angles, an issue that I believe has persisted since the S8 and S9 models. The speaker on this $1,000 phone sounds cheap and muffled, whereas the iPhone's speaker is clear, warm, and delivers distinct bass. I had forgotten about battery anxiety with the iPhone until I used this phone; the battery drains quickly and barely lasts a full day on a single charge. Switching lenses between cameras are significantly slower and more laggy. After so much debating, I had to returned it on the last day before my 14 days window closed and it was such a relief!!!

    Not as described: Received locked phone and upon checking IMEI is blacklisted, No support from the store since its out of return window. No help from store or customer service even after calling 7-8 tines and visiting 2 local stores. Having defected phone does not matter over return policy and this was excellent condition.

    Not Worth The Huge Price Tag

    Horrible phone. Will not hold battery power for any amount of time. I had to have this phone on the charger more then 50% of the time so by day 3 I returned it and went back to my Motoraola Edge. Not worth the huge price tag.

    I was so exited to purchase this phone but after 9 months, the phone start showing dead pixel. I went back to Bestbuy they said that I need to call Samsung. I called samung they sent me to a repair shop, the repair shop lied to me and said that the phone is out of warranty. I called samsung back they did not provide any solution and no body was helpful, they dont even pass me a manager to talk with him. It was a very bad and frustrating experience. Bad bad bad choice,

    i write my review on the purchase process, i ordered for this phone the first time and i had an issue with the delivery, on my account i was told it was delivered to my hotel but no, somehow it wasnt delivered, i assumed this is just one of normal mistakes. I went ahead and ordered this the second time, and i got the delivery, did not open it immediately, because somehow i trust Best buy, getting out of the country, i realise the phone in the box is a demo s 10 phone, this doesn't make sense to me at all, that was a big mistake, most likely a fraud, because s10s are stored in s24?? and a demo phone? and S10 and no longer being made?? that's very fishy, and i wasn't impressed, long story short, i had to incur my own cost to send it back to the US to claim my return. There have been two mistakes on my order, which make me raise questions,whatever happened in between i think you need to look in to your processes, mistakes are just too many, i am scared of making orders

    I upgraded from the s20 to the s24 and i am not happy. Yes the screen and cameras are nice, but im constantly fighting to unlock my phone with fingerprints and the software glitches like a prototype. P.s. the screen also cracked in my pocket with no impact or heat to cause it.

    I purchased a brand new phone from Best Buy and had it set up in-store by a salesperson. However, the screen died after only one week of use.

    How to loose 1000$ without getting a product

    Product was never delivered. Best Buy never provided refund or replacement for lost package.it’s interesting I have been asked to write a review. One of the worst experiences. Never bothered to help customer concern.
