Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera is the first Galaxy smartphone to come equipped with the Quad Tele system. With the Quad Tele system, users can take clearer, crisper photos in the optical zoom range they typically use. Even when shooting in digital zoom ranges, users can get more detailed photos and videos than before thanks to AI Zoom solution, based on the new ProVisual engine. In addition to zoom, the powerful ProVisual engine upgrades high resolution, Nightography and Super HDR photos. Your Galaxy S24 Ultra uses AI throughout many apps. For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. Generative Edit uses AI to fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. If you choose, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. The Galaxy S24 Ultra's 5000mAh intelligent, all-day battery has long life that can allow you to watch videos for up to 30 hours or play music for up to 95 hours. No one likes to be tied down by charging cables! All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Take a look at, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" for some great tips on keeping your device within its optimal temperature range. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. After updating to the latest software, make sure to turn off Adaptive color tone. You can do this by: • Settings > Display > Adaptive color tone or • Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive color tone. After turning off adaptive color tone, you will be able to adjust the color setting to tune the display to your liking. Also, be sure to turn off Eye Comfort Shield.
