Love this phone. It takes the best photos and the zoom is fantastic. Setup was a hassle, but oh well. Battery seems to last way longer than others.

I purchased the phone as an open box, yet it arrived in pristine condition. I am delighted with the camera's quality and the user-friendly software. The pen's functionality as a camera shutter is a particularly welcome feature. In short, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

To this day, I haven't had any problems with this phone. The speed and internal storage are good, and the camera is amazing.

It's OK. I am one of those people who said they'd NEVER spend a lot of money on a phone ever. I always bought 200 dollar phones. They always worked fine. Till i started noticing the cameras got ''worse'' on phones, and now the 200 dollar phones are CRAP and i had such ongoing issues with my last new 200 dollar samsung phone, that i was so sick of it i said i'm gonna splurge and get a EXPENSIVE ''best phone there is'' phone. Well, i'll be honest. It isn't ANy greater or better in my opinion than my old 200 dollar phones when 200 dollar phones used to be fine. And this camera they speak of being the best around. It's not that special. It is OK...better than the other crap ones they're putting in phones now a days. But nothing special. The Ai features are pretty cool. Fun, i myself like the stylus. Some cool features. But worth the price (and i got it 200 bucks off) not in my opinion. Unless you have a ton of money. BUT since apparently quality of cell phones is going down so much and so fast. You might not have a choice anymore i guess :/

Best 1st phone i have bought, and Best buy was great at attending me and giving me feedback and was very polite and prompt as well. I bought another phone and a tablet and i just love going back to best buy and purchasing things because i love having electronics and stuff for my family, but also they gave me a great experience i will never forget.
