I had a moto stylus phone and thought that the s24 ultra would be a huge step up. Honestly, I should have saved my money... The only thing that I like about this phone is the camera. However, I expected that the camera would be much better. I wished that I would have save my money. I am strongly thinking about taking this phone back. The phone is not terrible but I expected more for the price. Also, my phone does not match the violet color in the photos. Mine is more of a blue black.

Best buy staff was great. Was able to get a new phone for an open box price and they transferred all my data. I go to Best Buy for all my phone purchases
