    I "upgraded" to this for better battery and I get it home from store @ 26% and it is going to take n5 HOURS to get to full charge? That is a DOWNGRADE from my S10 performance which would have charged in less than an hour.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a larger 5,000mAh battery, whereas the Galaxy S10 has a 3,400mAh battery. The S24 Ultra benefits from advancements in battery efficiency, such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is designed to handle power more efficiently during high-performance tasks. Also, the S24 Ultra supports fast charging (45W) and wireless charging, allowing it to charge much faster than the S10. To use fast charging, you must have a charging cable that supports adaptive fast charging with a capacity of 25W. You will also need a 45W Travel Adapter. Super-fast charging will not function with a standard charger. We recommend using the USB Type-C, 5A charging cable that comes with the 45W charger.
