The experience I had with BestBuy trying to pick up my Pre-Order at the Aurora Colorado BestBuy has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any store! I walk in to pick up my pre-order on the 31st after waiting in line about 45 minutes. A representative attempts to process the pick up but they begin looking concerned at the screen without any explanation to me on what’s going on. After another 15 minutes, a team lead is called over and then she also is working on the computer with confused eyes. After another 15 minutes, the store Manager (Letty I believe is her name) comes over and doesn’t say “Hi” of even acknowledge my existence. Figured that was okay since she was busy helping the dozens of other people get their S24 Ultras. You can guess what she did looking at the screen. She makes a phone call to BestBuy customer support and after another 15 minutes she looks to me and says, “The system isn’t recognizing your trade in and I’ve opened a ticket with the technical team. I can’t release the device to you and I wouldn’t expect to pick up the device today. I’ll call you before I leave to give you an update.” I said this was awful to hear and if there was something she could offer me for the time I’ve waited and the overall experience. She then looked at me confused and said, “I can’t offer anything as it’s a technical issue and not a store issue.” This was devastating as I waited for over a week for the device and she was telling me there was nothing I could do to get one on release day and it could take DAYS to get! Everyone else was walking out with their devices but me for nothing I did! I didn’t get a call from her towards the end of the day so I went back into the store hoping for an update and turns out Letty had already left… That was news to me because she didn’t make a phone call to let me know which she said she would. I still don’t have a phone and who knows when I will get my device. I know Letty could have done something but was too lazy to call her manager to let me go home with the phone I paid for! I’ve spent tens of thousands at BestBuy buy throughout my customer history and I’ve always paid for their annual memberships. I felt like trash being sent home and told to wait… I doubt she’ll make me a priority this morning to get me a phone and is just waiting to hear back in a “ticket” which is probably being processed in another country for all I know in a completely different time zone… All I want is the phone I paid for!

During a one-week vacation, I ran out of storage on day three, highlighting the inadequacy of current storage offerings. 4. Weight and Ergonomics: The Galaxy S24 Ultra is a heavy brick, and this heft creates a strain on the hand, especially during prolonged use. Holding and working with the phone for extended periods with one hand is challenging and uncomfortable. This heavy design detracts from the overall user experience, making it less practical for everyday use. 5. Bulky Design: The phone's bulky design necessitates large pockets, and one-handed operation is virtually impossible. Users will find themselves needing both hands to operate the device effectively, which is inconvenient and diminishes the phone's portability and ease of use. This bulkiness makes it a less attractive option for users who prioritize sleek and manageable devices. In conclusion, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, despite its high-end specifications, struggles with significant flaws that detract from its appeal. I bought this as an open item. Overall the experience was disappointing to say the least. I had purchased this phone 2 weeks prior and for no reason at all my order was cancelled and customer service did not help and had no answers. Not even the supervisor. I took it upon myself to reorder it, Again, it is an open box. The phone still had the previous owners phone numbers in the memory. Aside from that I kept having trouble with the phone, people couldn't hear me at times, it was slow, the battery would take forever to charge, the pictures came out blurry, Overall, I was disappointed, and I am returning it. My old phone Samsung Note 9 still works better than this one. I would have them side by side and my old phone was faster and better.

Phone totally dead only 3 months after purchase. Samsung pushed an update that resulted in the phone getting stuck in a reboot loop until it died. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. They give you automated answers with no real resolution and tried to avoid honoring the warranty by claiming it was damaged, but it was not! After escalation, they waived the repair fee but yet have not repaired or returned the phone for 4 weeks, again without someone providing an answer which shows respect to the customer

I would of never bought this expensive phone had you not said you would give me 450.00 for my samsung note 20 ultra. You sent it back. You guys have thee worst customer service, and after what you done to me on this phone i will never spend another dime at best buy, you guys are the worst people ever, im 62 years old and you guys just cheated me out of 450.00. I will be doing something about this.

After careful consideration, I made the decision to transition from my iPhone 13 to this device, but I must express my dissatisfaction with the experience. The handover process between Wi-Fi and the mobile network is severely lacking, resulting in significant disruptions. Additionally, I am unable to receive any confirmation messages, which poses a hindrance to effective communication. Initially, all my incoming calls were being diverted to voicemail, and while I initially suspected a network issue, further investigation revealed that other iPhone users within my household were not experiencing any such problems. Given these challenges, I deeply regret my decision to switch devices and wish there was an option to return it.

I'm very disappointed in this phone. Notifications are delayed. Notification sounds are all the same for every app. The camera has trouble focusing on black. The camera has trouble focusing on what's directly in the center of the camera. The phone has trouble loading and sharing photos between apps. My S10 that I'm coming from worked much, much better.

Best Buy Lied about my trade in value. I traded in a perfect s21+ with a trade in value of $500.00 after the return period expired on the s24 ultra expired they offered me a trade in value of $155.00 . Rip off I should have stayed with the samsung offer. Going to report them to bbb

Product was fine, but customer service was horrible. Upon returning product Mike BETZ was very rude and inconsiderate, will not shop in the Knoxville store again, also no respect for military personnel.

Phone overheats to fast i should have never bought it

Bought pre owned, when received device wouldnt power on. Didnt get to use it but have heard since then this was a common issue for this model.

Why does the camera have to have permission to access bluetooth mics nearby ik order to function? So many bad 'must have permissions' on this iteration of the Galaxy - would return it if I could bit for some reason the return period for the phone was much shorter than other products.

I recently pre order a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra on the 25th of January they told me that you can pick it up on the 31st of January which I did and soon to come out they said we don’t have your phone I explained to they why they didn’t have my phone I pre order it so they should of have it saved they told me well we don’t have it but on my email it said they my phone was ready so I was getting confused this is unexceptionable very unprofessional the employee said that well it will send you an email I sted of wasting your time to come to the store again very unexceptionable

Purchased this phone and was promised an E-gift card that I never got, returned it and they subtracted the 150$ value from the transaction and canceled the gift card, be aware best buy are scamming you into buying this thing and stealing your money, talked to too many different agents and haven’t gotten my money back. Phone is not too bad, best buy sucks as usual, those agents are just useless. BEST BUY SIMPLY STOLE A 150$ FROM MY BANK ACCOUNGT

I would love to give a review of my new phone, but unfortunately BB chose to use UPS to ship. They have now had my package for a week. BB needs to make better choices in who they use for shipping. UPS has been awful for quite a while. Will revise the rating if I ever get my phone.

Screen is weak and gets scratch right away. You'll definitely need a protector. Too much false advertisement for this product. The S22 curved screen was a lot more durable. I just bought it, I accidentally dropped it on carpet surface and it cracked right away.

Samsung removed 24 fps as an option while filming. My S22 Ultra had this..but a new model? No..F customers' preferences. If I wanted a basic video camera, I'd stick with Apple. Useless S24 Ultra

Got an empty Box delivered. Still waiting on the refund. Didn't take long to take the money but sure drag there feet giving it back.
