Not worth the price!

It feels good when you're holding it, the screen is nice and bright. However for $1300-$1400 the camera quality is horrible! Some photos come out "nice" and others just don't make the cut. This should not be happening on a phone that cost so much. It should be point and shoot and that's it! Nope! You have to make sure the phone didn't get blown out in some areas or something is way too blurry. My opinion! Yes the AI is cool, for now, until Samsung starts charging to use it. Then the S24 line ups will just be a mid phone that struggles in the camera department and in the fingerprint reader department! Yes it works, but only without a screen protector!

We are happy to hear you are overall pleased with the feel and appearance of your device and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot the aspects of your device that are not as in love with as your are others. With regards to the fingerprint reader, you can enable the touch sensitivity feature of your device in your settings app to help with the screen protector you are currently using. With regards to the camera, we have the full device manual available on our website, and the first step we recommend trying to see if the photos come are more to your liking is disabling the AI for your camera. More money less quality!!

It just froze on me a few hours ago and I can't restart nor able to use it. Thank God I have a spare phone to use. That's what I am using presently. Samsung made a few updates to it since I bought it about a year ago. Those updates, in my opinion, screwed things up. It's less user friendly after those updates. Disappointed!

Phone is great, if camera is not important for you

At first it seemed awesome. But that was before i started using the camera. What a disappointment. Picture quality is worse than the s9 i had before this. I went to other reviews at various sites, and the consensus is like my opinion. I would return it today, but im overseas. Horrible stain on Samsung's reputation. Dont make the mistake i made.

Not Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The WORST phone ever. Commonly locks up and wont accept user input. Sometimes it wont respond and sometimes it is uncontrollably hyper sensitive. Auto rotate intermittently works but not too often. Save your money this thing is not worth the steep price or the aggravation.

If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen that are causing the problem. Note: The part of the screen where the Navigation bar and Apps page meet at the bottom is not touchable by Android OS’s policy. Once the screen is turned off, it takes about a second to properly recognize touches again. You can rotate the Home screen of your Galaxy S24 Ultra automatically when your device’s orientation is changed from portrait to landscape. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device further.
