    I upgrade my phone every year so in saying that i still have my S20 Note my S21 Ultra S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra now an S24 Ultra 512GB. Obviously when you upgrade from the S20 this will upgrade will bring you a happy face with the camera upgrade, the new chip will bring better performance, the flat screen will definitely make protecting it much easier protecting it. The battery performance is good the new AI software is cool but not always accurate. Its a definite must upgrade even from the S21 Ultra. The choice to upgrade coming from the S22 Ulta is where it gets tricky i think its simply about money on the S22 Ultra if you have the cash i would say go for it but if youre having it rough then hold off until the S25 Ultra. Next is the S23 Ultra and again this is just my opinion the flat screen is the major difference that separates these two but if you bought the 256GB S23 Ultra samsung did you wrong and gave you 8GB of ram, you had to buy the 512GB version to get the 12GB of ram. On the S24 Ultra all storage versions have 12 GB of ram. I know there is a few things different between the two like the 5x zoom with the bigger sensor on the S24 Ultra. I know the glass on the S24 Ultra is stronger and non reflective. I know the S24 Ultra has a newer faster chip but its not that big of a difference. In my opinion its not worth upgrading from the S23U to the S24U my S23 Ultra 512GB just sits in its box when realistically i should of passed on the 24 Ultra. So the bottom line is the S24 Ultra is a Good phone that offers it all in one package but depends what your upgrading from when decided to upgrade or not.

    Let me start with the best features of the phone. Love that Samsung went back to a flat screen on the S24 Ultra. Allows for glass screen protectors. The phone overall is fast and responsive. Camera is overall quite good but not a significant upgrade from previous models. Fingerprint scanner is actually quite good but a screen protector does reduce its accuracy. The battery is quite good with enough juice to get you through the day. Now the not so good. The Face ID is complete garbage. I would say about 50% accurate in good lighting. In low light accuracy drops to less than 20%. If you have sunglasses, it doesn’t work at all. How this passed hardware and software testing I don’t know. The anti-reflective screen does reduce screen colors, less vivid and small text clarity suffers slightly. Like most phone upgrades these days not a significant jump to justify the cost. The inaccurate Face ID, less clear/vivid screen and the hefty price tag are reasons I don’t recommend this phone

    Great screen and it's flat, finally. Better life is really good, I can get two days out of it. Quite a bit of junk ware some of it can be deleted. Not quite as much as the new iPhone but to much. Unlocked and it works with Xfinity mobile unlike the oneplus 12 that I want. It's not Xfinity compatible

    Expect a bunch of bloatware that will need to be removed. The camera sucks for taking videos, It keeps glitching between lenses and hardly any stabilization. Overpriced product and outdated software. I will not buy another dumsung. The only good thing is the storage and battery

    I gave average and 3 star because of the internet service. My phone says 5G UC most of the time, and when I tried to call my beloved person in Facebook messenger, it says waiting for internet connection. I tried to switching off and on and turning off the data saver, data usage and all, still does not work.

    Have had for under a year and it keeps saying there is water in the port when it has never gotton wet. Can't use a cord to charge it now.
