    great phone if i didnt get a defective one and there poliy is ilegal i got a 150 gift card with purches and i whent to to store exchange it and they said i had to give it bck when i already used it and there policy says on on a full return dont buy ur phone from here better going through ur carrier or samsung

    The absolutely worst service at Best Buy San Rafael CA. 6 different agents and supervisors spent 2 days and 14,5 hours trying to transfer the data from my old OnePlus Nord 200 to Samsung S24 Ultra with NO SUCCESS!!! ALL THE TIME I HAD TO WAIT AT THE COUNTER. THEY JUST LEFT ME THERE FOR 14,5 HOURS DURING 2 DAYS. NO APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN TO ME. THEY LEFT MY OLD SIM CARD IN THE NON-WORKING NEW PHONE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THE NEW PHONE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Tons of problems. Best Buy couldn't get it to work, blames Samsung. Samsung blames Best Buy... Well you both suck. I am done with both Best Buy and Samsung because they just don't care about the customer.

    The WORST phone ever. Commonly locks up and wont accept user input. Sometimes it wont respond and sometimes it is uncontrollably hyper sensitive. Auto rotate intermittently works but not too often. Save your money this thing is not worth the steep price or the aggravation.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen that are causing the problem. Note: The part of the screen where the Navigation bar and Apps page meet at the bottom is not touchable by Android OS’s policy. Once the screen is turned off, it takes about a second to properly recognize touches again. You can rotate the Home screen of your Galaxy S24 Ultra automatically when your device’s orientation is changed from portrait to landscape. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device further.     Upgraded from a S22ultra to s24ultra 512gb...very quickly noticed the dull screen and on the side by side comparison even with the vivid setting on and brightness adjusted, S22ultra blows it out of the water... very disappointed with the new s24ultra....returned it within 24hrs.....if you have a s22u or s23u....DO NOT UPGRADE...YOU WILL REGRET IT

Please update your software on your Galaxy S24 Ultra as soon as possible, if you have not done so yet. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version is available so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. After updating to the latest software, make sure to turn off Adaptive color tone. You can do this by: • Settings > Display > Adaptive color tone or • Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive color tone. After turning off adaptive color tone, you will be able to adjust the color setting to tune the display to your liking. Also, be sure to turn off Eye Comfort Shield.
