Customer Ratings & Reviews

The phone looks beautiful and feels wonderful when holding and using. Everything runs very fast and smoothly, including Apple Music, of which, from my perception, the sound quality is higher than on the iPhone, and I've been an iPhone user for six years straight now. Galaxy AI has been useful, but I received an email recently from Samsung that it will no longer be free after the end of 2025, which is a pity. If you're wondering whether to get this phone, my only large point to consider is the shape of the phone. It's very rectangular and sharp (its edges). It may feel awkward to hold in one hand for long, even with a case. It helps a lot to get a case with a pop socket for extra support when holding. And if you're used to the iPhone with its round edges and body, this one will be weird to hold—imagine how shoes with insoles contour to your feet perfectly versus completely flat sandals or flip-flops that hurt after awhile of walking in them. Reminder, it's also a tad bigger in size.

Let me start with the best features of the phone. Love that Samsung went back to a flat screen on the S24 Ultra. Allows for glass screen protectors. The phone overall is fast and responsive. Camera is overall quite good but not a significant upgrade from previous models. Fingerprint scanner is actually quite good but a screen protector does reduce its accuracy. The battery is quite good with enough juice to get you through the day. Now the not so good. The Face ID is complete garbage. I would say about 50% accurate in good lighting. In low light accuracy drops to less than 20%. If you have sunglasses, it doesn’t work at all. How this passed hardware and software testing I don’t know. The anti-reflective screen does reduce screen colors, less vivid and small text clarity suffers slightly. Like most phone upgrades these days not a significant jump to justify the cost. The inaccurate Face ID, less clear/vivid screen and the hefty price tag are reasons I don’t recommend this phone

I love the phone very much the display is vivid and the battery life is great and it has everything i would ever need in a phone including tons of awesome features and the s pen to take any notrs i might need to take. Overall grat phine a little heavy but doesn’t bother me anymore.

Alright, the Galaxy S24 Ultra? Still a beast, man. Even a year later, it’s fast, the camera’s insane, and you’ve got that sweet freedom of Android right there, ready to mess with however you want. Yeah, I get it, a Pixel might be better for some of you nerds who wanna flash Graphene OS and all that, but if that’s not your thing, this phone is fire. I don’t use the S-Pen much, but it’s good for those random edits or, like, when you wanna mess around with some drawing or whatever. Bixby, though? Garbage. Always has been. But hey, Google Assistant is there, and it does the job, no problem. If you’re looking for something that’s fast, has a killer camera, and does everything else like it should, this phone’s got you covered.

The galaxy ultra is a great phone, the s pen is my favorite feature and i use it daily, but picture quality is also amazing. Battery life is excellent and lasts me about 24 hours on a charge. I cant recommend this phone enough.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB is still one of the best Android phones you can buy. The titanium frame and flat display feel genuinely premium, and the 200MP main camera is sharp and versatile in almost any lighting. Performance is top-tier thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the Galaxy AI features (Circle to Search, Chat Assist, real-time call translation) are genuinely useful day-to-day, not just gimmicks. Battery life easily gets me through a full day, and the 6.8" AMOLED display is bright and smooth even outdoors. The S Pen is a nice bonus for productivity, and 7 years of software updates means this phone will stay relevant for a long time. Only downsides: it's big, heavy, and pricey, and the 5x telephoto swap means slightly less reach than before. Still, for anyone wanting the full Samsung flagship experience, this is as good as it gets.

The Samsung S24 Ultra impresses with its stunning display, powerful performance, and versatile camera system. The battery life is reliable, and the sleek design adds to its premium feel. Overall, a fantastic device for both productivity and entertainment.

The AI in this phone is mind blowing, the phone is faster than any one i have ever used and toping it all, the camera is phenomenal, the camera is also better than the previous S23 ultra, and the battery life lasts more than a 48 hours at least for me, i am not a strong user or gamer.

May I inquire as to why one would consider purchasing an alternative mobile device? From a utilitarian perspective, this device encompasses a comprehensive range of features. For individuals who engage in casual or even intensive gaming activities, it demonstrates a level of comparability to some of the contemporary gaming phones available in the market. Moreover, the experience of consuming media content is significantly enhanced by the S24 Ultra's UHD resolution and vibrant color display. Its important to note that the camera is better than the best iphones camera. The inclusion of the S Pen further adds to its appeal. It is noteworthy that this assessment is provided by an individual who transitioned from the latest iPhones to the Android operating system, and it is unlikely that a reversion would be made. Good work samsung.

Legit, Best phone I've ever had. Love the return to a flat screen and hard edges. Spen in the galaxy is just thw chef's kiss. You just can't beat a feature set like that. Just the quick note taking alone while in a business meeting has been a lifesaver. I started getting two days of battery life out of the phone once the battery AI learned my habits. Get it. The display outdoors is so bright. I can actually see what I am doing. Same with its dimness as well. I can check random middle of the night texts without flash banging myself.

This is a powerful phone with lots of features. The battery life is excellent. The camera quality is top notch and 8k videos are supported. I also like the dual recording mode where you can record using the front camera and record yourself in a small box in the same video. The samsung pen is very handy if you looking to edit pictures or if you are an artist. The AI features are very good and I use the search, rephrasing emails etc. I also like the AI feature where you can draw something and replace with enhanced images within existing photos. Also, you can add yourself to another picture frame. The price is definitely on the higher side but overall this is a powerpacked phone.

I've been using the Galaxy S24 Ultra for a while now and it honestly feels like a true flagship. The 6.8" AMOLED display is incredibly bright, the 200MP camera is amazing, and the battery easily lasts all day. The titanium build feels premium, and having the S Pen is a big bonus. Overall, I'd rate it 5/5.

I recently got the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it’s an absolute powerhouse. The display is stunning, with vibrant colors and sharp detail that make everything pop. The camera system is a major highlight, delivering incredible photo quality in both bright and low-light conditions. Performance is smooth and lightning-fast, with no lag even when multitasking or gaming. The design feels premium, and the build quality is solid. If you're looking for a flagship phone with cutting-edge features, the S24 Ultra is definitely worth the investment. It’s an all-around top-tier device.

I absolutely love this phone! From its AMAZING camera, to its extremely responsive processor, and gorgeous display, this phone is definitely the best device on the market.

Amazing camera, speed and features. Charges fast and the battery lasts me for at least a day and a half depending on usage. I try to back up the memory to have as much as possible to keep it clean.

Best phone I've ever owned. Its fast. The camera is the best. I use it for work and I play call of duty warzone on it. Battery lasts for 2 days if im using it a lot. Zero complaints. I have had it for a month now.

This is what a truly smart and capable smartphone can be. Yes, it comes with a premium price tag, but you're getting a device that excels in almost every area, from its stunning display and powerhouse performance to its versatile camera and groundbreaking AI capabilities. If you're looking for a phone that truly pushes the boundaries and makes your life a little easier and more connected, the S24 Ultra is absolutely worth considering.
