Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great camera with good image quality. Good improvement over my last Galaxy s22 phone which unfortunately died after the OneUI update and causing it to go in a boot loop. Here is what pictures look like for the s24. The battery also lasts me the whole day.

Had the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and i upgraded to this beast. Samsung is really good. I love the camera quality (as you can see in the picture i took of the moon), the battery life is amazing, and it has cooler features than iPhone.

The space! I use my phone like a computer so I need space, and this phone has it. The camera is amazing at capturing all of the wonderful things around you both big and small. I know I don't have to say this but if you love samsung you know the battery life is usually amazing and this one is no different!

Great phone, amazing picture quality, robust and can withstand normal drops, wonderful screen quality, a big fan of the pen and its features, love that you can connect it to a monitor and use it as a computer. This is my all time favorite phone.

Excellent choice, I bought this for my wife, after using iPhone for over 5 years, she is liking the difference. Camera quality, performance, hold, operation controls are great. Highly recommend buying this.

It’s been a few weeks since I bought this phone and it’s FANTASTIC! Peak Samsung quality, performance, and over experience. I also got a really good deal on this open box excellent. I watched a bunch of reviews before buying and held the phone in store first. The S24 Ultra is a much better value over the newer S25 Ultra hands down! (My only gripe is that it didn’t love with the original box or accessories like advertised—I got an Apple cable and a generic USB-A to USB-C brick…that’s on Best Buy, not Samsung.)

For a travel geek like me, this phone was HANDS DOWN THE BEST OPTION TO HAVE! camera that can take pictures from another island, battery life that holds for days, screen for gaming, faster download and all! Great deal for what it offers!

Great phone with no scratches. Works perfectly and has amazing features

This phone is great, way better battery life than the previously used model I had S22, camera takes stunning photos like my Samsung fold, not bulky to carry or take with daily.

Absolutely great! Fast processing, amazing screen and size and not to mention the high quality cameras which I used to take close pictures of the Eclipse recently. Absolutely worth it

Bravo bravo to Samsung once again! All the note features are here! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, receiving that wonderful Samsung quality! The phone itself is a wonderful color and very cool material on the back The color is not too bright and not too dull and definitely has a classic classy look stylus works wonderfully The camera is the best phone camera I have ever used the autofocus feature is the best feature of ever experienced which you can see in my pictures captured below.

One of the best Android phone. Specially camera better than any competitors in market. Great specs great features I'm using Samsung since 5 years best UI experience

I've had it for two years and it's still like the first day. The battery works super well and still lasts a long time. It's a super good, strong and very functional phone. I totally recommend it!

I love this phone! Light weight and neat design. Takes awesome, clear pictures.

Finally, I got my pre-order Samsung S24 Ultra and it looks perfect. First of all, the wireless transfer code was amazing, that I can just transferred everything from the old phone to this new one without plug in laptop. Cameras are excellent pictures, I haven't try AI functions just yet but I'm sure it will be amazing as well. And I got $150 gift card from Best Buy which I purchased for a wireless charging station, a wireless power bank and a adapter to match with UBS C cable that provided with the phone. So far, I am very happy with my new phone and excited to explore it .

Great phone especially for construction workers dealing with non english speaking workers. Lol Able to communicate with the ai interpreter. Practiced with co workers who know other languages and they said it does come out pretty correct. Not perfect of course. But overheard conversations with it haha. Still figuring it out of course. Lots of features and great camera and video quality.

I love the cell phone they have a good camera and the battery is good i recommend

The design & build is perfect and user friendly mobile for everyone.

Being an Android user for 18 years, I have had alot of Motorola's, and Samsung's. This phone is by far the best, and most convenient Android phone that I have owned so far. From the quick, and easy learnings of Samsung's One UI, to the customization that is easy for even the simplest of being tech savvy. Keep up the great work Samsung.

Here's a polished version of your review: "I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy! The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making my purchase quick and hassle-free. They even went above and beyond by helping me apply the screen protector to my device. Exceptional service—thank you, Best Buy!" Feel free to adjust it to your liking!
