Do NOT trust BestBuy "Open Box Excellent"!!

BB then ordered replacement which BB then cancelled a few hours later with no explanation. What a big waste of time dealing hours with BB Chat and ultimately getting nowhere. Do not trust BB Certified Open Box. BB made it my problem to solve their problem. At one point, I was told to drive 30 miles to exchange it. Never again!

I've had this phone for a couple of weeks bought it brand new over $800 and it no longer is working. No one can hear me unless I use a Bluetooth headset. I called best buy, and they said call Samsung cause the return window is only a few days. Horrible experience and a waist of almost $900. Samsung will send me a refurbished phone. This a total scam.

Great phone, great buy

The battery is very good im a active user so im constantly on my phone and it would stay changed talking about it would be at 100% for a few hours then go down one percent. So im very happy with my purchase.
