    So far so good. I got this gift as a upgrade for the pops. He deserved it. Had one 5 yrs ago. Can't beat Android and especially Samsung!

    Camera No Longer Will Focus

    Bought the phone in Feb, and by March the camera wont focus on one lens. Tried all the suggested fixes and finally did the factory wipe and reset . Same problem, it seems to be common. The camera quality was a determinating factor for choosing the phone.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. When you want to take a picture, your camera should focus on a subject when you touch it on the screen. If Tracking auto-focus is on, your camera will be locked to that person or item for 3 seconds. Because it is focusing on one thing, it may seem like the camera is not focusing on the entire scene. This can be prevented by turning off Tracking auto-focus. Cleaning the camera's lens will also help. Feel free to check out, "Galaxy phone or tablet camera does not focus on the subject" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your camera functionality.     I like it a lot, but the camera doesn't seem special to me. The Gemini's intelligence never responds well, and the real-time translation function for listening or speaking is very poor. It translates anything else. I expected more.

    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25 from Best Buy on July 11. Right from the start, it had trouble turning on and would automatically reset itself. By the 8th day, it completely stopped working. The phone overheated, and I'm not even sure what caused it. I had no choice but to return it today. Very disappointed, especially considering it’s a brand-new device. I expected better performance and reliability from Samsung.

    The information transfer from my previous phone took several hours. I felt I could have been better guided by the store representative. The Supervisor stayed with me after the store closed and that was comendable but the service was nothing like what I experienced before.

    The camera did not work soon after I purchased the open-box item. BB staff conducted a diagnostics check and there were error codes. So, defective. BB staff made every effort to make me whole and I currently have a 25+.... so far so good.
