No more samsung msg app, which i loved and worked great on my old samsung. Now comes with google messaging. Get delayed SMS texts, min to hrs and even DAYS! esp in busy areas. RCS has to be turned on after purchase and im not receiving some RCS messages at all, esp in group texts! Spent many hrs attempting to fix with poor results. A Known issue. Samsung please fix!!! Cant talk to friends and outside the return window!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 on best buy online since it was on sale and I really needed a phone. It was initially promised to arrive in 5/29/25, then I'm. 6/2/25, then it was supposedly "Lost In Transit". I ended up going to a physical best buy store to follow up on my order which is why I discovered that my phone was somehow lost while being shipped to me. I could t just cancel and re-order the same phone since the promotion/sale was no longer available by the time I followed up at the store. For this reason, I ended up having to buy a different phone that was not on sale at the physical store since I really needed a phone. According to best buy, they work with UPS in getting their products shipped and that this situation has happened in the past where packages gets lost in transit. I feel scammed and displeased that I don't think I can trust purchasing order online at Best Buy since the likelihood of the item being lost is high (especially if the product is on sale and has a good deal for some reason it gets lost in transit). So buyers, be very careful what you purchase online from Best Buy as it could easily get lost and you not receive your well anticipated product that you purchased!
