    It is same as old phones no news no happy for a new phone and paying a $$$$$ I am feeling using my old one

    Don't waste money on warranty!!

    Would put zero stars but, it forces you to put one star. I purchased phone in May 2025 along with full warranty plan for replacement through Geek Squad. Phone now has issues and I find out that the $160 warranty package I paid for in full was canceled by Best Buy on 12/8/25. Then they are going to only refund $61. Beyond disgusted with service on this. Geek squad reps only reponse was that its canceled and they can't help. Can't even provide a number of whom I can speak with to get the phone fixed.

    This was stolen from my front door within 10 minutes of delivery from FedEx. Both FedEx and Best Buy have determined it is not their fault so I do not have this device to rate at this time. I don't understand why Best Buy didn't require a signature when shipping a $1000 device.

    I wish I could tell you about the phone, but I never actually received it. Best Buy decided to ship me an empty box then I opted to pick it up in store which was delayed twice and the customer service had no sense of urgency or any inkling of care. If any of you have ever tried to make a phone call to Best Buy you might be aware that it is next to impossible. If you don’t know the keywords or phrases to say to get connected to an actual person. By the second delay, any patient I had left was gone. For those of you thinking about ordering online, don’t. Just go in a store.

    Open box, as best buy low amount of staff did not have time to stock the shelves from when the truck came in days before and i was doing as exchange within 12 days due to speaker problems. The open box, i leaned the next day, was never cleared of

    Nice phone if it worked properly? I tried 3 S25 plus phones and all had the same issue with the Auto capitalizing not working. I took this phone to 2 repair shops and the geek squad and not 1 place could fix this issue?

    Shark Vacuum: Rotator Pet

    This Shark is a great choice for pet owners. I picks up the hair of our long-haired cat from carpeting and wood floors. On the wood floors, it picks up the hair without blowing it around. Haven't had hair-wrap. Love the HEPA filter!
