    The phone is okay. Nothing special for the price. Not much difference from my $300 phone, sorry to say. Cost me $900 on sale. Not even close to impressed.

    This is a solid cellphone, but BestBuy personnel did not make me aware that it has a battery good enough for cellphones of early XXI century. This Samsung has a battery not even reaching 4,000 miliamps. I not only constantly look for outlets to plug it in, but I turn the cellphone off and on again an hour later to check on e-mails, messages, or search on something. Then, on again and off again an hour or two later. Every day, this is my life with this Samsung cellphone that I purchased at Best Buy blindly counting on Best Buy personnel advising me correctly.

    This store treats the mentally disabled like 3rd rate citizens and crooks. EVEN AFTER YOU PAID FOR YOUR ORDER!!!!!! Its impossible to steal what you just paid for. I'll never step foot in the West Simsbury CT Best Buy ever again and anyone with family or friends with disabilities I would recommend you dont either.
