Unhappy Best Buy Membership Customer

I am not sure how to set up phones and best buy assured me they would help me set up the phone and answer all my questions. Totally false. The kid who "helped" me walked away without any word. He came back and for some reason entered his date of birth to register my phone. I was standing right there and said thats not my birthday. He said its just tomset up the phone and walked away again. I have spent a lot of money at best buy and when it comes to assistance setting up anything, they fail, and have failed miserably.
