    This phone is disappointing. Every time it rings just trying to click on takes many tries, piece of junk. Wish i never bought it. You can't select a second ring tone for family just one for everyone.

    I recently purchased this phone and found it generally satisfactory. However, there is an issue with the microphone—during calls, my voice is often unclear or cuts out. Testing with recordings confirmed the problem. This may be specific to my unit

    Paid for new, ended up with used.

    Phone came with many viruses. I took to the Geek Squad with no improvement. Found private files that belong to someone else, I have been sick with the flu so have been unable to return the phone in the 14 day limit. What can I do now?

    When i opened the box there was a non functioning fake phone inside i went back to the store and they won't let me return it. They say i swapped it. I have spent @ $6000 at best buy in the last 3 years and will no longer shop there.

    Nice phone. Itt feels and looks premium. Especially when you get it on sale! The Navy color is very nice. The phone runs smoothly and this is the first Exynos I have had that does not overheat. I just wish they made an FE phone in a smaller size, sort of like the Galaxy S25 size. It is a shame that with Samsung, in order to get a nice small phone, you must pay $799. Where are the mid-range pocket-able devices? Maybe at Google (Pixel 9a) and Apple (16e)? Motorola Edge too I guess?

    Got this for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, said it's the best phone she's ever owned, and she's owned many. If their were a local cell phone cemetery the majority of plots would be dedicated to her discarded devices.

    This Samsung Galaxy 25FE..is awesome. I'm so glad i went to Best buy..customer service was good. He explained all this cell phone could do and more. Yes I'm still learning but i wouldn't trade this phone in for nothing. I'm very happy!
