While I looked forward to upgrading from my Motorola to the S25FE, the reality was something of a disappointment. I will not say the S25 is a bad phone, because it is not. It just does not stand up to the value proposition the Motorola offers. For Example: Battery life is marginal. 24 hours is all the S25FE gets, where my Motorola got 36-48. Screen display is 2-3 characters narrower. Sound quality is poor. Very tinny sounding. Good points: Light weight and thin. Easy to carry. Android updates for 7 years. Security is important. Satellite communication is available. I am not a phone power user. Just used for basic communication and checking email on the go. I have a tablet and PC for more intensive work. Would I buy this phone again? Probably, but I would be hard pressed to not recommend the A36 or Motorola line to someone else.

Solid Samsung that honestly is a necessity for budget phones. Anything lower in RAM then this 8g is too small and you'll find yourself returning whatever you buy to this or something more.

Great phone. Only thing i don't like is when there are message notifications, it doesn't say who from. You have to go into the messages.

Lou was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a little annoyed at the push for add-ons and the charge to activate the phone. It's like buying a new car and having to pay extra for the keys.

Upgraded phone from a Galaxy s20 FE 128GB and the changes made are very good. There are lots of new features and easy to use. The Data transfer done by Best Buy worked perfectly and recovered all photos, Apps and everything needed to use the phone right away.

I bought this phone as I have had a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it is to the point where the old phone had too many issues and had to go. I replaced it with this phone thinking the battery life was really good based upon the specs. However, upon using it for 2 weeks I can say the battery life has been horrible. I have to charge this thing ever 20 hours and don't even use it much other than making calls or checking the time on it. Not running a bunch of apps or anything. So not sure if this is a defective phone/product or what, but not impressed with the battery life on it for the price. Photos are ok (not great, just ok). Screen size is good and feels good in my hands. That's about it.

This phone replaced a A53 5G. Nice upgrade. Like the wireless charging capability. I was looking at getting a A56, but with the discount decided to go with this.
