Conversations are garbled and sometimes snatched. The person is talking, but the sound disappears for a few seconds, only to return most of the time. The phone's quality is noticeably inferior to that of past Samsung phones I've purchased. I spent over $1000.00 for this poor experience. When you spend your money, you should enjoy the experience. I am not enjoying this. I have returned it upgraded, and the performance is still poor.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue. Please check out, "Speaker not working on Samsung phone" and "Microphone issues with Galaxy phone or tablet" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Pre-ordered these with lots of questions to Best Buy. Every answer provided was unfulfilled when I picked up the phone. Spoke to store manager and although apologetic left me unsatisfied with Best Buy's customer service and support. If you want service and support, purchase elsewhere.

The seller assured me that I would. However, today is February 11th, I have yet to receive the phone or any satisfactory explanation regarding the delay, other than “the device is delayed”. I KNOW THAT!!! Iwould appreciate further clarification on when I can expect to receive it.
