My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 died, so I purchased this one. Move all of my data and apps. I use several apps and have 1 TB of storage. But I can see this phone hangs sometimes, I am not expecting this to hang. And after my purchase price went down, but I didn't get a price match, because no agent was available to chat at that time.

Pre-ordered these with lots of questions to Best Buy. Every answer provided was unfulfilled when I picked up the phone. Spoke to store manager and although apologetic left me unsatisfied with Best Buy's customer service and support. If you want service and support, purchase elsewhere.
