    Over all is a good cellphone, but must of all is a good tool. So, the price is fair if you use it as a tool, a phone and a goodlooking accessory.

    The rating is for the phone and NOT Best Buy, although I am still working on setting up the phone. Pre-ordered these with lots of questions to Best Buy. Every answer provided was unfulfilled when I picked up the phone. Spoke to store manager and although apologetic left me unsatisfied with Best Buy's customer service and support. If you want service and support, purchase elsewhere.

    Disappointing. The quality of phone conversations is poor. Conversations are garbled and sometimes snatched. The person is talking, but the sound disappears for a few seconds, only to return most of the time. The phone's quality is noticeably inferior to that of past Samsung phones I've purchased. I spent over $1000.00 for this poor experience. When you spend your money, you should enjoy the experience. I am not enjoying this. I have returned it upgraded, and the performance is still poor.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue.     Well, considering my s twenty five still doesn't work completely is pretty annoying.And when I bought the phone I neither got a samsung.I d nor a samsung account and when I went back three times I got three different phones and nothing was resolved display
