    Works great, s pen not Bluetooth. If the s pen was Bluetooth that would be amazong. Do better samsung

    Typically love Samsung Ultra Phones. This one is having issues with the hot spot, it is not working at this time. 7 hours tech support. No resolution yet. I will post with update on service.

    Sorry to say but service wise was bad..i never got the phone because it was stolen upon delivery..i spoke to best buy representatives and they didn't do nothing about it before the phone was stolen..

    Phone was dead, it took forever to charge. I took it back to the store. best sucks. They charged me too much to get a screen protector.

    Broken $1000 phone.

    I am very disappointed in this phone. I purchased it from Best Buy and after 16 days i was mailing it into Samsung because of a mother board problem. I spoke to Best buy and they told me Samsung would handle it. I got thw phone bacl from Samsung and everything seemed fine for 5 days. Then while i was on vacation the hotspot quit working and GPS was not accurate. I wish i wiuld have stayed with thw One Plus 13

    Some of the features from Verizon did not work because Samsung stop installing the software for those features to work. There is a big difference between an unlocked phone an one from a carrier.

    Two months after buy this phone the battery will not hold a charge and the phone ringer stopped working. Absolute piece of junk. Buy something else.

    The product itself is awesome but the Spring Meadows BestBuy is one of the worst stores. I bought the ohone on February 14th exchanging mg iPhone 15 Pro for a trade-in amount of 900$. The trade-in amount is not deposited yet yo my paypal account. I wnet to the store and was told i need to call the customer care and customer care says they cant figure out. All of this is after i handed the phone to a bestbuy employee behind the counter.

    This is very buggy, my phone is new and it already freezes every now and then, some apps don't work correctly among many other little flaws that make this phone not worth over an iPhone, I honestly regret my curiosity of trying something different

    It should never take D near 3 hours to get a new phone. Worst service ever. They will waste your time and not ever care about it. They will screw up and just make you wait. They should give you something for waiting so long for there screw ups.
