It's been a good purchase, works so fast compared to my admittedly old phone, quick charge, great optics. Sales guy in Bellevue was very good, nice guy, not pushy, offered a few pointers but didn't turn 'salesman'.

Easy navigating , large size, camera is great. The only thing is, the fingerprint button should be on the side.

Im so in love my phone. Camera quality is awesome. The battery life is exceptionally good easily last a full day. I been using this phone for almost two weeks now and i love it.

Decided to give Samsung another chance after the S24 U failed me, just to learn they failed me again with this S25U. Got the 512Gb at a great deal $1099 and wish i could keep it but eventually had to return and i felt such a huge relief of the idea i will no longer be stuck with this phone. The experience was very inconsistent and unpleasant, especially the battery. It was just terrible and gave me terrible axiety everytime i look at the battery and seeing it drops unusually fast every other minute even with light usage and switching off tons of things in setting just to squeezy a little more of it out. Like many others have said, Apps UI is no match to iOS apps honestly. Everything just feels fragmented, outdated, unpolished and inconsistent. Many people might not notice this but to me the experience is everything. Camera was amazing but struggle a lot in low like conditions. Like i got this phone and use its 100x zoom specifically for zooming in shows and concerts but the quality was just terrible compared to a 25x zoom on iPhone. The good things about this phone is mainly its display, customization, and the freedom of Android in general. If you feel like switching from iphone like me, give it at least 2 weeks to see if it truly works for you.

This phone is a signifigant improvment over the S23 I had before. A ton of control was given to the user to automate tasks and streamline usage. The screen resolution and camera quality are top notch!

Upgrading from a s22 plus and so far loving it worth the upgrade and the features

I upgraded from the S21 Ultra to the S25 Ultra and the difference is noticeable. Apps and websites load much faster. The screen has better image clarity and maximum brightness. The camera hasn't changed much from what I can tell, but it's still great nonetheless. I don't find myself using the S-Pen much, if at all, but that doesn't take away from the other features. If you're like me and wait years between upgrades, the S25 is a solid choice for Samsung users.

A lot of reviews says this is just a minimal up upgrade. Mayby so, but coming from a S24 Ultra, I can say there is a noticeable difference in speed. All my apps spring to life. Boot up is also much faster. Screen is very easy on the eye even at minimum brightness. Android 15 and One UI 7.0 takes a little bit getting use to. A few functions lacks customize options such as not being able to change the AOD clock. That'll probably change with future updates. The AI stuffs, I don't use too much and Google Gemini can't even set an alarm or calendar. As good as it is, I would not pay $1,300 for this phone. During promotion with a trade in, it's a good deal.

Good battery life great camera works. Would recommend Best Buy had it on sale.

Great Phone, yrs ago I was a galaxy person for yrs, then switched to Apple, stay with them for a few yrs, but got bored ñ. Went back to galaxy and I’m staying with galaxy, fun phone, super duper great camera and has so many things to do with it. Awesome battery too…. In love !!!!

I didn't need a new phone, but my phone fell off the ladder while hanging Christmas lights, and the screen cracked. Because i didn't have insurance on my phone, Best Buy wouldn't even try to fix it. But, they would for Iphone. So far, i really like my S25. It's more refined than my S21. I just need to figure out all It's functionality.
