    Samsung - what do I know Samsung for? It is the smooth finishes, the doing away with bulky-looking gadgets, the quick wifi connection ability, not too much animations embedded in the OS, quick search, great smart OS, fantastic storage memory and great processor speeds. But now imagine they lost something by making this phone look like a bulky square thing in your hands and a funny light-weight feel for a flagship phone like this. It makes me ask myself; is this the real original Samsung-made phone or an imitation?

    I was told I could get $90 cash vack from best buy. If I opened store cc. Did not. Not happy. The phone is okay. Just heavier then galaxy 22 plus. I had to renew it because it was not holding the charge well. (3 yrs old) I believe it was controlled remotely to affect the phone life. Practically spotless. Corporate games to steal people's money.

    The product meets my needs. The first location I went to no one offered to help with questions. The service I received to transfer my information was very inferior. I have Geek Squad membership and was extremely disappointed by the service. Overall I probably will not purchase anything else from Best Buy

    alsome phone. but if your into your s pen..mught want to wait on s26 and hope they add Bluetooth back to the s pen for the s25 dose not have it anymore..why samsung..

    This phone seems to have all the same issues as my previous samsung a53. The screen shuts down within a few seconds although set at the max of 10 minutes. The screen is hyper sensitive & jumps all over . I have to hit the back tab several times and perhaps it may go back...most likely not. For the price i expected much more.

    This phone was great for work. Meetings on one side and research on the other. When samsung had an update, it made me have to purchase another phone altogether. The repair would have been just as much as the cost of the phone. I don't recommend for long term use.

    Typically love Samsung Ultra Phones. This one is having issues with the hot spot, it is not working at this time. 7 hours tech support. No resolution yet. I will post with update on service.

    Honest review on the cell phone, its not a bad phone. I loved it but coming from an iphone user for over 10years plus it was quite difficult trying to get use to it. Also i needed to download something different for almost every app. The thing i did like the most was the transition in the music when the next song would play.
