    Honest review on the cell phone, its not a bad phone. I loved it but coming from an iphone user for over 10years plus it was quite difficult trying to get use to it. Also i needed to download something different for almost every app. The thing i did like the most was the transition in the music when the next song would play.

    Disappointing Experience

    I had high hopes for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but unfortunately, it has been a major letdown. Despite all the hype and premium pricing, the phone falls short in several key areas. First, the performance is surprisingly inconsistent. For a flagship device, I expected smooth multitasking and lightning-fast app launches, but instead, I’ve experienced frequent lagging and occasional crashes. It's simply not what you expect from a phone that’s supposed to represent the cutting edge of Android technology. Battery life is another huge disappointment. Even with moderate use, I find myself scrambling for a charger halfway through the day. For a phone that's advertised to have an all-day battery, this is unacceptable. The camera — usually Samsung’s strong suit — also misses the mark. Photos often come out over-processed and lack the natural sharpness and color accuracy I was hoping for. Night mode struggles with clarity, and zoomed-in shots are almost unusable. Design-wise, while it looks premium at first glance, the phone is surprisingly uncomfortable to hold for long periods, and it feels bulkier than it needs to be. The software doesn't help either; One UI feels bloated, with a lot of unnecessary features that slow the phone down rather than enhance the experience. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra feels like a rushed, overpriced product that doesn't live up to its promises. I expected a top-tier experience and instead got frustration. Definitely not worth the upgrade.

Your Galaxy S25 Ultra uses AI throughout many apps. For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. Generative Edit uses AI to fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. If you choose, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings-->Galaxy AI.     Phone sales persons works for Verizon in the store. I have AT&T service and I was told my the salesman that they would show me where the phones are but Verizon customers come first. I asked for the store manger and was told he normal is not at this store because he runs more than one store. Not sure what that means. Had to go to At&T store to help with my concerns.

    It's a good phone itself the camera lens zoom needs work. I could but a camera for the same peoce and get better results whem zooming. Camera lenses needs work

    Junk right out of the box.

    Absolute junk. The facial recognition for screen unlock wouldn't record my face right out of the box. Genius Bar couldn';t fix it, said to call Samsung. Samsung customer support, if you can call it that, wanted me to do a factory reset, as though that were going to solve the problem when it didn't work new from the factory. Now they want me to take it in to a service center in downtown Boston, requiring me to both take time off from work and pay $60 to park. On top of that, they're already gearing up to deny a warranty claim, saying I must have done something to break it. They also acted like I was negligent from buying it from Best Buy, which they described as a third party seller. That's what I get from a $1,300 phone? I'm done with Samsung products.
