I was forced to purchase a new phone as my bank app would no longer work on my beloved Note 9. I need a cell phone with a stylus. I prefer Samsung over other brands. This meets my needs and pairs with my Samsung Watch8 Classic.

Like my new S25 Ultra overall but I don't like that Samsung changed their phones so that a customer must spend OVER $1K to buy a new phone you yojust need a new battery for your old phone. It is similar to HP's CHEAP trick of having their printers' wireless installation software block the use of OEM ink cartridges.

Love my new phone. Works like a dream. The sales boy at this place though, ehhhh, not a good dude. Almost didn't buy because of his little attitude. The product is great is all I'll say. Customer skills not so much

I upgraded from my s9 + to this and it's amazingly fast and looks better in every way possible. I feel like I just went from my grandparents black and white tv in basement to a 4k. The best buy team loved the nostalgic device I brought in. I was supposed to save 100 getting it it activated in the store too but I forgot to ask about it when I purchased it.

Like the combo of Samsung engineering and Android AI capabilities. Need to explore more on specific capabilities but the camera quality is outstanding. Have some issues with fingerprints recognition though. Overall great buy.

The rep I spoke to was super helpful and fast. I had just 20 minutes to get everything done, and he found me a great deal, helped me apply for a Best Buy credit card, and had the phone ready for pickup—all over one call. Really impressed! No doubt the phone is great!
