    The product meets my needs. The first location I went to no one offered to help with questions. The service I received to transfer my information was very inferior.     Very good phone, but not worth the upgrade from previous year phone. Very minor cosmetic updates and internals, being the biggest the new snapgragon 8 elite and the new wide camera. I can’t really justify the upgrade for the price tag, and I am not even talking about the Bluetooth removal from the s-pen or the existence of the regular s25 line up.

    Great phone, hardware upgrades from S24 Ultra are good and I like the new version of Android. The decision to remove support for the Bluetooth pen feature and gestures is VERY questionable though, seems like a very unnecessary omission and really takes points from this release.
