Very good phone, but not worth the upgrade from previous year phone. Very minor cosmetic updates and internals, being the biggest the new snapgragon 8 elite and the new wide camera. I can’t really justify the upgrade for the price tag, and I am not even talking about the Bluetooth removal from the s-pen or the existence of the regular s25 line up.

Purchased 2 of these phones. My daughter who lives in Seattle is very impressed with the features.

The product meets my needs. The first location I went to no one offered to help with questions. The service I received to transfer my information was very inferior. I have Geek Squad membership and was extremely disappointed by the service. Overall I probably will not purchase anything else from Best Buy

Love this phone. Allways used buget friendly samung phones to mid range. I came from the A54 5g which was the gate way phone for me. I have love and respect for samsung cell phones. One for every buget unlike other phones. So, when after all these years i finally chose to buy a top flagship phone i made it Samsung. I choose this one for the advancement of AI, and the great visual display. Love Samsung for providing a cell phone for everyone..

Was skeptical about the purchase, but, phone has impressed me more than anything.

Coming from a iphone 15 pro max and a s23 ultra. This phone is my daily driver now and does everything as a flagship android should.

Great phone, hardware upgrades from S24 Ultra are good and I like the new version of Android. The decision to remove support for the Bluetooth pen feature and gestures is VERY questionable though, seems like a very unnecessary omission and really takes points from this release.

I upgraded from the S24 Ultra. Probably didn't need to but I'm glad that I did. Samsung ditched the curved screen and went back to flat screens and I love it. That, by itself, made it worth it. I'm sure there's new AI stuff and other features, but to be honest, I only got it because I like that the flat screen just feels better. Doing things on the edge of the screen is so much easier. Totally worth it for me.
