The screen shuts down within a few seconds although set at the max of 10 minutes. The screen is hyper sensitive & jumps all over . I have to hit the back tab several times and perhaps it may go back...most likely not. For the price i expected much more.

Your screen turning off early likely involves quickly checking your Screen Timeout settings. Here's how: Settings > Display > Screen timeout. Then, disabling features like Adaptive Brightness and ensuring Keep Screen On While Viewing is active. Icons can be seen together with frequently used ones on easy to get to side bar. Power button is light touch for off and on. Never really dies.
